2008 Fee Schedule

The following fees are not included in the Assignment Fee of
Mark M. Hancock and/or News Eagles services. All additional fees are considered separate from the Assignment Fee and are not part of any guarantees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Mileage

55 cents per mile (to, from and during assignment)

Post processing fee

$15 per select image.

Digital fee

$ 5 per image for FTP transmission or e-mail
$20 per CD
$30 per DVD

Mail fee

$15 USPS Express Mail
$10 USPS Priority Mail
$35 FedEx Priority Overnight
$30 FedEx Standard Overnight

Assistant fees

$50 per minor assignment (as needed)
$200 per half-day (as needed)
$300 day rate (as needed)

Model fees

$50 per model (as available)

The following miscellaneous fees apply to all shoots

Preparation days are billed at 45% of the Assignment Fee
Travel days are billed at 50% of the Assignment Fee
Travel fees are billed directly to the client and vary by assignment.
Weather days are billed at 75% of Assignment Fee on location
Weather days are billed at 50% of Assignment Fee locally
Cancellation 48-72 hours before is billed at 40% of the Assignment Fee
Cancellation 24-47 hours before is billed at 60% of the Assignment Fee
Cancellation under 24 hours before is billed at 80% of the Assignment Fee
Non-publication assignments are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Royalty-free images
Select images are made available for (nonexclusive, nontransferable, perpetual, royalty-free) editorial use at $99 each or commercial use at $199 each per publication/Web site. Please e-mail for availability of a specific image.
